We are seeking talented Supply Chain and Subcontracts professionals to join our team in Brisbane. As a member of the Supply Chain Management Capability, you will play a key role in guiding critical business support and cutting-edge solutions for leading aerospace companies.
">- Your Key Responsibilities
You will reside in the Supply Chain Management Capability with a foremost role in the subcontracts team under the supervision of a Manager/Team Lead and other personnel supporting activities such as:
">- Integrating program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Monitoring and tracking subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones and maintaining accurate records of subcontracts, correspondence, and reports.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Supporting the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Communicating effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency.
Your attitude, motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our team.

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, or Law (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026).
