We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator.

About the Role:

  • Co-ordinate with loading teams and transport operators to ensure successful delivery of goods, products, and materials from one location to another.
  • Manage transportation records, including delivery schedules, carrier information, and shipment tracking details.
  • Communicate directly with customers and other stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. A high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming bookings and transport change requests from customers and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure that all delivery requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and other industry professionals.
