Product Manager Role:

The objective of the Product Manager position is to strategically manage market presence to achieve share, volume, and profitability objectives for assigned products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing programs to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Conduct competitive price comparisons and implement sales support strategies for dealer networks
  • Provide product training for company and dealer personnel
  • Design product offerings aligned with industry, dealer, and end-user needs
  • Ensure product alignment with overall brand strategy
  • Monitor competitive surveillance results and incorporate them into marketing strategies
  • Manage product pipelines for adequate supply, timely delivery, and inventory control
  • Review revenues, customer segments, and market developments, reporting regularly to senior leadership teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification &/or
  • A minimum of five (5) years industry experience with demonstrated success in product management or territory sales
  • In-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and assigned products
  • Highly developed management, communication, interpersonal, and team skills
