About the role
">The Innovation Manager drives key business insight and product innovation programs, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. This dynamic opportunity involves managing and evaluating cross-functional ideation pipelines, bringing innovative ideas to business cases for leading-edge 3-5 year horizon innovation plans aligned with category and brand strategies.
">As an experienced marketing or insights professional, you will use analytical and creative skills to disrupt current approaches to innovation, embedding faster and more agile approaches across different business pillars. You will be confident in liaising and influencing senior stakeholders, working collaboratively to deliver big business outcomes.
">Responsibilities
">- Champion consumer-led innovation with creativity and commercial insights.
">- Disrupt current thinking with more agile and experimentation approaches to innovation.
">- Design, implement, and translate key innovation research into actionable business plans.
">- Conduct bespoke and continuous market research programs.
">- Identify commercially substantial innovation for growth and meaningful KPIs against which to judge success for key stakeholder approval.
">Skills & Experience
">- Problem-solving skills.
">- Ability to confidently liaise and influence senior stakeholders.
">- Strategic thinking with experience managing cross-functional teams.
">- Understanding of brand strategy and portfolio management principles.
">- 5+ years in either a consumer-focused brand portfolio across FMCG or Consumer Goods.
