The Customer Experience Team

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers, including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across business groups.

This team brings deep understanding of local markets for our customers, ensuring strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support corporate strategy through deep understanding of customers and local markets.
  • Provide goals and leadership for the people working in the team.
  • Own the customer relationship and drive sales.
  • Represent and prioritize local/unique country requirements.
  • Support the complete portfolio with a balance across all Business Groups.
  • Support Business and competitive intelligence with intel from customers in the field.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with customers successfully.
  • Strong focus on developing new business.
  • Strong experience in negotiating deals and managing teams.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet / exceed targets.
