This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving property sales, enhancing brand positioning and leading high-performing teams through strategic sales, marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for off-the-plan, soft launches, and project launches; develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive property sales ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Marketing and Branding Management: Develop, execute and manage comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to analyse demand, pricing trends, buyer behaviour and investment patterns in the Melbourne property market.
  • Customer Service and Retention: Design and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Real Estate or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in off-the-plan property sales and project launches, marketing or real estate development.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in off-the-plan and project launches.
  • Must have unrestricted working rights to live and work in Australia.
