By setting and continuously improving technical standards and development practices, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs, adhere to best practices, and guarantee seamless service delivery.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Salesforce development who has experience in a leadership role. You will have advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs.
You will be skilled in owning support calls and efficiently driving issues through to resolution. Experience mentoring and coaching engineers in best practices is also required. Additionally, you will have experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable but not essential. If you have certifications such as Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer, it would be beneficial.
