Key Job ResponsibilitiesOur client is seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Facilitator to ensure the accurate, timely and compliant preparation and implementation of all processes and scheduling for NDIS clients.The successful candidate will work as part of a self-organising team to deliver mental health services and support tasks such as planning, time management, managing annual leave and absence. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications to Diploma level or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g. mental health, peer work, disability) or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of the NDIS and/or consumer-centred funding models
  • Ability to communicate effectively in interactions with all stakeholders
  • Ability to exercise personal responsibility and work as part of a self-organising team
