What you'll be doing (and loving):
  • Translating designs into precise, detail-rich tech packs and specs.
  • Running fittings and guiding garments to perfection with clear, accurate feedback.
  • Keeping a hawk eye on timelines, trims, grading, and BOMs—because you know details make or break a garment.
  • Working hands-on with samples in the studio (this role is in-office only).
  • Partnering closely with development and production to keep every style on track.
Who we'd love to meet:
  • You've spent at least 5 years as a Garment Technician (or similar), ideally with luxury or highly detailed products.
  • You know your way around Adobe Illustrator and Excel like a pro.
  • You bring construction knowledge, fabric smarts, and patternmaking insight to every conversation.
  • Detail is your middle name—you can measure, critique, and communicate with precision.
  • You're calm under pressure, approachable, and always solution-focused.
