About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key position in our Technology team. As a vital member of our People & Talent department, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier tech talent through various channels
- Collaborating with hiring managers to deeply understand departmental needs
- Streamlining the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Leveraging recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
- Proven results in hiring across various technical roles using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- A strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers
- The ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders
- Experience recruiting entry-level through to senior complex searches
- The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
