Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team at Mount Barker District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Emergency Department.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, working over a 7-day roster, with hours to be negotiated up to 32 hours per week. You will be responsible for assessing individual patient needs, planning, implementing, and coordinating appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications and performing clinical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to clinical deterioration or other incidents
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an Enrolled Nurse with current registration and a practicing certificate. You will also need to have experience working in Accident and Emergency, with ALS, Cannulation, triage, and cardiac skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
