About the Role

As a Digital Insurance Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting business analysis and gathering requirements to inform solution development.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement agile and waterfall-based project methodologies.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of business and system requirements.
  • Providing subject matter expertise in the insurance domain to support the development of domain-led consulting offerings.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of thought leadership content and participate in client-facing initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in business analysis, IT, and the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • The ability to think critically and creatively, with a passion for driving business results through data-driven insights.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.
Benefits and Compensation

Cognizant offers a competitive salary range of $97,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
