Salary: AU$90,000 per annum

The IT Service Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and improving service delivery across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and documenting digital user experiences to optimize ITS initiatives or change.
  • Collaborating with APAC IT Service Management to support initiatives, service processes, and operational improvements.
  • Developing ITIL skills through close work with the APAC IT Service Management team.
  • Providing backup for key IT Service Management processes as required.
  • Continual Service Improvements, including IT Service Management tools.
  • Collaborating with internal project teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Supporting end-user digital learning for new technologies.
  • Driving digital improvements on the APAC IT Learning HUB for employees.

Important Qualifications

  • Experience working within an IT Service Delivery or Support role.
  • Previous experience in IT End User Support & delivery of technical documentation.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft 0365 application suite, ServiceNow, and reporting tools like Powerbi.
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Agile methodologies.
  • High level of technical knowledge & drive to improve using emerging technologies.
