The practice

The clinic is a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic offering a wide range of services including general practice, skin cancer care, women's health, mental health support, chronic disease management, travel vaccinations, telehealth, on-site pathology, and pharmacy services. The centre is home to a team of experienced General Practitioners among others, providing comprehensive care to the community. With a commitment to accessible healthcare, the clinic offers bulk billing for children under 16, healthcare card holders, pensioners, and DVA gold card holders. Operating six days a week, Tweed Banora Medical Centre provides a supportive environment for GPs seeking to work in a collaborative setting with a diverse patient base.

The Location

Tweed Heads is a vibrant coastal town where golden beaches meet lush rainforests. Adjacent to the Queensland border and just a short drive from the Gold Coast, it offers a unique blend of relaxed seaside living and dynamic urban amenities. The town's distinctive position allows residents to experience the novelty of celebrating New Year's Eve twice—once in Tweed Heads and again an hour later in neighbouring Coolangatta, thanks to the daylight saving time difference between the two states.
