Early Childhood Centre Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead a well-established centre designed with exceptional indoor and outdoor environments that inspire curiosity and support learning from 6 weeks through to school age.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children, families, and educators.

  • Responsibilities include managing daily centre operations, including enrolments, staffing, rosters, and allocation of resources.
  • The successful candidate will also lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential.
  • A strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and Child Safe Standards applicable to Victorian early childhood services is necessary.
