About the Role:

The successful candidate will develop and implement commercial strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects, negotiate and manage contracts for power generation and transmission initiatives, collaborate with project sponsors, financiers, and contractors to align on project objectives, conduct project financing and valuations to maximize business value, and manage project timelines while balancing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial strategy and execution for large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Negotiate and manage high-value contracts for power generation and transmission initiatives
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Conduct project financing and valuations to maximize business value
  • Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with high-value infrastructure transactions, preferably in power and transmission sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure markets and key participants
  • Proficiency in project financing, financial modeling, and complex valuation processes
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
