Global Tax Compliance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Specialist to help employers meet their Australian employment tax and entitlement obligations.
- Preparation of shadow payroll calculations for enhanced transparency.
- Expertise in expatriate tax returns for global entities.
- Comprehensive employment tax advisory services, including Fringe Benefits Tax, payroll tax, PAYG Withholding, and Superannuation.
- Development of analytics capabilities to create efficiencies in employment tax compliance work and support clients' needs.
- Review of wage compliance to ensure accuracy.
- Preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax and payroll tax returns for seamless employer submissions.
- PAYG Withholding and instalment variations for efficient cash flow management.
- Preparation of Superannuation Guarantee testing and Superannuation Guarantee Charge statements for ATO lodgement.
- Liaising with the ATO on client matters for streamlined communication.
Our ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a professional services firm in a similar discipline and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovative solutions for clients.
You will be a collaborative team player who thrives in an innovative environment. We seek individuals who demonstrate integrity in their work, possess strong attention to detail, and excel as communicators.
Data visualisation, cleaning, and manipulation skills would be advantageous but not essential.
