As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team providing comprehensive global mobility services to clients across various industries.

Job Description

The role involves consulting on employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement for multinational organisations expanding internationally and sending expatriate employees on assignment.

You will provide holistic international and Australian tax support to senior executives, assisting them with their global individual tax compliance obligations.

Additionally, you will assist organisations in managing the tax implications arising from the employee/employer relationship, including employment taxes, international payroll and employee share schemes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones.
  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates or employment taxes.
  • Ability to work with large data and strong excel and/or data analytics skills will be favourable.
  • Proven project management skills including experience working across multiple engagements.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
