Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

Assistant Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a large team on shift while receiving mentoring to grow into a senior leadership role.

About the Role
  • Leading High-Performing Teams: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a large team, focusing on exceptional service delivery during peak times.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: You will develop and support staff, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of food safety and operations.
  • Operational Excellence: You will lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role that could set you up for a Restaurant Manager position in the near future.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in hospitality - ideally QSR or casual dining.
  • Natural Leader: A natural people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and driving results.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven, with a focus on targets, procedures, and growth.
  • Flexibility: Flexible availability across a rotating roster.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable adapting between quiet and peak times and has a strong under pressure mentality.
