Senior Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Event Coordinator to join our professional Conference & Events team.

  • The successful candidate will have a passion for weddings and social events, with excellent knowledge of the wedding market, and be able to work closely with the Wedding and Events Sales Coordinator.

A minimum 2 years' experience in Conference & Events Management, preferably within the hospitality industry, is required. The ideal candidate will possess sound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Conference & Events Sales Manager in the planning and execution of wedding and social event strategies
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and support

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications is essential. Experience with Delphi and Opera computer systems would be highly regarded.
