We are seeking a highly motivated person to provide an exceptional wedding experience for our clients and guests. The Wedding Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the couple and their wedding party by coordinating their wedding day, assisting in planning process prior to the day, and conducting venue viewing appointments with prospective clients.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- Efficient time management and ability to keep to a strict timeline
- Ability to multitask, think on your feet, problem solve and work well under pressure
- An outgoing personality and sense of humour with a professional manner
- The ability to communicate comfortably & positively with our clients and their guests
- Self motivated
- Ability to perform physical work
- Willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and their guests
- Ability to clean venue spaces to a high standard
- High standard of grooming, presentation and dress standards
- Ability to follow direction
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including late evenings and on weekends
- Ability to ensure immaculate presentation and set up of the function spaces
- Own transport

**Skills and experience**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Previous experience in hospitality/managerial position preferred. Experience in weddings & events highly advantageous.
- Bar experience
- Barista experience preferred
