We are seeking an accomplished Job Coach to drive employment outcomes for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our purpose: to connect people and business, enabling them to thrive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our clients towards job-readiness and sourcing opportunities for employment once they are ready to work. You will work one-on-one with clients, providing support and encouragement as they navigate the job search process.
As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in our services, working collaboratively with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients. You will also be responsible for marketing our clients to employers, ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.
You will be part of a dynamic team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking individuals who have experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges. They will also be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employers alike. They will be passionate about making a positive impact in their community and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to encourage and motivate participants to find their own employment;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Market our clients to employers through reverse marketing initiatives;
- Place participants into sustainable employment, resulting in improved outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is accurately recorded, documented, and compliant with relevant regulations and contractual requirements;
