The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and the location.



About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Architecture Lead to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing program solution architecture that meets the needs of our business.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and guide the design of program solution architecture
  • Contribute to the overall design governance of system architecture across Cover-More Group
  • Design and govern system integrations
  • Maintain quality in program architecture
  • Support the facilitation of governance and adoption of the right solution across your delegated area of responsibility
  • Evaluate the direct and indirect impact of Architecture on the end customer and seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience (both efficiency and effectiveness outcomes)
  • Support the overarching Group Architecture strategy


Requirements

You will need extensive experience in a Solution Architecture role with exposure to business applications, integration, security, and data architecture within a large and complex business environment.


A tertiary qualification in Business Information, Engineering, Technology or a related field is required.


You will also need a thorough understanding of key technology architectural frameworks and standards.


Strong technical background and exposure to leading technology platform integration frameworks, Integration patterns and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) are essential.


Experience designing and integrating mobility solutions leveraging AWS services and platforms is highly desirable.


You will be comfortable working in an agile environment.


Ideal candidates will have experience within financial services or fintech.
