Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of water infrastructure projects across South Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, overseeing pre-contract involvement, design coordination, project planning, delivery execution, and close-out.
  • Proactively manage day-to-day project operations, coordinating with team members to drive progress, address issues, and ensure performance meets contractual, safety, and financial targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of contracts, scopes of work, schedules, and annexures to ensure compliance and cost-effective execution.
  • Coordinate complex brownfield construction environments, ensuring service relocations and temporary works are carefully planned to minimize disruption and maintain safety.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management within the Water industry.
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree accredited by Engineers Australia or equivalent engineering body.
  • Experience in estimating costs for projects and working within budget constraints.
  • Strong business acumen, backed by the ability to create, read, and interpret budgets, financial statements, and analyse variance reports.
