Senior Water Infrastructure Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Design Lead to manage the delivery of high-quality designs for transformative water infrastructure projects across Australia. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with multi-discipline design teams to drive successful project outcomes and deliver sustainable results that benefit communities nationwide.

This is your chance to be part of a national water business delivering once-in-a-lifetime projects. You will work collaboratively with engineers to lead design teams, manage engineering governance processes, and ensure high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

  • Lead senior engineering teams and manage the delivery of complex design outputs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project delivery and guide project success.
  • Oversee engineering governance processes related to design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

For this role, you will ideally be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, including water utilities/water treatment. industry standards and best practices. Strong technical writing skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
