Infrastructure Project Manager - Water and Civil

Job Description

The delivery of significant water and wastewater infrastructure projects requires a senior project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale capital works. This individual will have a strong understanding of contract management and project governance, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through to completion and handover.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and oversee complex work packages involving multiple stakeholders, high technical risk, or significant capital value.
  • Deliver projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years' experience in infrastructure delivery, with 1–2 years in a lead role on a major project.
  • Demonstrate success delivering large-scale water and wastewater capital works (valued between $30m–$70m).
  • Have experience working within or alongside government agencies, water utilities, or public sector bodies.
