Job Title: Clinical Trials Financial Support Specialist

The role involves providing essential financial and accounting support across a diverse portfolio of investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials (Phase I to IV), in a high-volume transactional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing a high volume of financial transactions, including invoicing, vendor payments, and patient reimbursements
  • Tracking and managing trial revenue and expenses
  • Assisting with trial contract reviews and financial setup
  • Supporting month-end financial close and reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and clinical trial agreements
