Clinical Trial Agreement Manager

This position involves overseeing the end-to-end process of negotiating and executing complex clinical trial research agreements. Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and executing clinical trial contracts using standard templates.
Additionally, this role entails supervising and supporting a team of Contracts Officers on complex issues, liaising with researchers to gather information and provide strategic guidance on clinical trial contracting, and evaluating and reviewing team processes to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
A successful candidate will possess experience in reviewing and executing legal contracts, a background in clinical trials, and strong problem-solving skills. They must also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide researchers on complex contractual matters.
The fixed-term contract duration is until April 2026, with a competitive salary range of $121,508 - $137,032 per annum plus 17% superannuation.
