Job Title: Disability Services Manager

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector

  • Considerable hands-on experience in transitioning new customers and establishing services
  • Strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • Sound financial analysis and budget management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, staff, and sector stakeholders
