We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Disability Support Educator to join our team at TAFE. In this role, you'll teach and mentor students who are preparing for careers in disability support, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and empathy needed to work effectively and respectfully with people of all abilities.

Location: Wodonga

Selected Duties
  • Conduct teaching programs within Disability.
  • Establish and maintain a learning environment, including encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
  • Coordinate student resources and determine instructional strategies
  • Customise units and courses as appropriate to meet client needs.
About You

Skills & Experience

  • A qualification in Community Services Disability, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
  • A passion for creating meaningful training and professional development resources
  • Desirable: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain.
