Credit Officer Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Credit Officer to join their team in Regents Park.

This critical role requires a strong contributor who can work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.

  • Accurately reconcile collections for Australia and New Zealand
  • Conduct comprehensive company trade references
  • Effectively create and send invoices, purchase orders, and proof of delivery
  • Collaborate with the Credit Manager to manage overdue accounts and implement effective Credit Policy
  • Prepare and issue monthly customer statements
  • Establish and maintain accurate customer cards in Navision
  • Approve orders and invoices in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes, and Company policies and procedures
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in AR, Credit, or a similar role
  • High-level office administration skills, including proficiency in MS Office products
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and prioritising skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High accuracy in data entry
