Our centre is seeking a skilled professional to oversee meal production and preparation for up to 80 children daily. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary needs.

About the Role
  • Prepare and cook meals and snacks for children in line with established nutritional guidelines
  • Ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment is maintained at all times, adhering to Food Safety regulations
  • Develop and implement effective menu planning, budgeting and stock control processes
  • Implement measures to guarantee dietary and allergy requirements are met

About You
  • Proven experience in menu planning, budgeting and stock management

  • Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification from an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood provider
