We are seeking an experienced Warfighting Simulation Professional to join our team. As a Warfighting Simulation Professional, you will play a key role in the delivery of realistic and real-world command chain actions and reactions for synthetic events.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge simulation technology and contribute to the development of maritime warfare training outcomes. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides tactically accurate blue-force and/or red-force interactor functions and demonstrates proficiency in ADF tactics, doctrine and procedures.

About the Role
  • You will provide realistic and real-world command-chain actions and reactions for synthetic events.
  • You will assist in the training of Customer personnel to achieve maritime warfare training outcomes.
  • You will coordinate and execute synthetic training events.
  • You will contribute to exercise related pre- and post-event documentation.

Requirements
  • You must have experience working in a military training environment.
  • You must have knowledge of current ADF Simulation doctrine, tactics and procedures.
  • You must be eligible to access ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) information.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Combat System Operator or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of military/RAN voice procedures.
  • Understanding of the application and conduct of training systems, exercise development, military communications and C2 systems.
