We invite experienced professionals to join our team as a Highways Design Manager, driving the success of transportation projects from concept to completion. This senior-level role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and advanced project management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of engineers and designers in highways design projects
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Reviewing and approving design documentation
  • Conducting site visits and inspections
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of professionals
  • Excellent knowledge of project management and business systems
  • Strong client engagement and business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Highways Design Manager or similar role with 10+ years of experience
