Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs that ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework to promote children's learning and development.
  • Developing and implementing engaging activities and programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the well-being and safety of all children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
