Job Title:

Textile Teacher

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that commences in Term 1, 2026. We are seeking an experienced teacher with a demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.

The Role:

  • Teach Textiles, Art/Visual Communication, and Design while promoting a classroom environment rooted in creativity and passion.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging lesson plans that integrate technology and promote student empowerment.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching Textiles and related subjects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation in teaching.
  • A valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
