Business Process Improvement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Expert to join our digital transformation program. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design, document and improve end-to-end business processes.

A strong understanding of process optimization techniques, including process mapping, data analysis and workflow design, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing process improvements that drive business value and efficiency. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Design and implement process maps, workflows and other visual aids to communicate process changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input on process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling techniques, including BPMN and flowcharts.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured and methodical way.
