The role involves processing customer orders, managing daily reporting tasks, coordinating logistics, liaising with suppliers, performing general administrative duties, and accurate data entry. The candidate will also assist with accounts payable invoice processing and maintain accuracy and timeliness across all documentation.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders and manage daily reporting tasks efficiently
- Coordinate logistics and communicate effectively with suppliers
- Perform general administrative duties and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with accounts payable invoice processing and maintain documentation accuracy
- Advanced data entry skills and proficiency in Excel and Access (SAP B1 experience is beneficial)
- Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in logistics or a similar administrative role
