  • Analyse system and operational data to maximise output and ensure consistent lead times at lowest cost
  • Develop and improve scalable processes across low, medium, and peak demand periods

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, natural leadership qualities, a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, comfort working in a fast-paced operational environment, familiarity with automation systems, strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and clear communication, as well as flexibility to work rotating shifts.
