HospEquip is a rapidly expanding company in the Healthcare sector and leading supplier of equipment into the Hospital, Aged Care and Community Markets.

As a product professional, you will work closely with individuals, healthcare providers, therapists, caregivers and organisations to assess unique needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

This role involves developing professional relationships and communication with customers, partner organisations and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
  • Gather current marketplace information on products, delivery schedules, pricing and merchandising techniques
  • Investigate problems, prepare reports, develop solutions and make recommendations to management
  • Lead/participate in process and quality improvement projects
  • Provide historical records by keeping customer inquiries and sales data

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales roles
  • Experience using relevant systems
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Mobility Equipment Specialist
  • Collaboration with Occupational Therapists
  • Familiarity with NDIS, Home Care Packages and private client services
