Transforming the way we manage digital information is a critical component of our organization's mission. As a Digital Records Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our digital records are managed effectively and in full compliance with legislative requirements.

Digital Records Expert
  • You will assess business processes and systems to identify records management risks and develop strategies for mitigation
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance with legislative requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on digital disposal and archiving strategies across systems and data environments
  • Support long-term preservation and access to high-value digital records
  • Maintain and enhance the Information Asset Register and related governance tools
  • Contribute to team capability through training and expertise sharing

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Management, IT, Archives, or related field, or equivalent experience in legal, financial, or government sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of records management legislation and standards (e.g. Archives Act 1983, Privacy Act)
  • Experience with emerging technologies and modern digital recordkeeping practices
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and stakeholder-related issues
  • Proven ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships
