Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving loan volumes and broker engagement while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This position requires strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain and develop partnerships with brokers and provide timely support.

You will work closely with state Business Development Managers to activate new brokers and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, maintaining and developing strong relationships.">
  • Activate new and non-transacting brokers through effective communication and support.">
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with brokers and business partners.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • 1+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers.">
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.">
  • Ability to work independently while integrating effectively into a team.">
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.">
  • Excellent time management and self-organisation skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and overcome objections.">
  • A 'hunting' mindset with the ability to self-start and independently drive leads.">
  • A genuine willingness and desire to represent the company with passion and energy.">
