Estimator / Project Coordinator Role

This is a mid-level position that combines pricing, project scoping, contract administration, and liaison work with clients, builders, and suppliers in our Surry Hills studio.

  • Define project scope by interpreting plans, specs, and tender documents
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotes for film and wall covering installations
  • Liaise with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and confirm details
  • Negotiate contract terms and variations within guidelines
  • Manage and administer contracts from start to finish
  • Generate invoices and progress claims
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree or graduate diploma in interior design, architecture, design/construct, landscaping, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, and design software
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy with quoting and calculations
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • A solid understanding of interiors and the built environment
