Maintenance Operations Specialist

This is a full-time, hands-on role focusing on creating a safe and well-maintained environment for all stakeholders.

You will support operations from Monday to Friday with flexibility to attend after hours if required due to emergency maintenance issues.

  • Manage the upkeep of apartments, common areas, and building exteriors with support from our maintenance team.
  • Conduct lighting checks and replacements, minor painting and plastering repairs, and minor carpentry and plumbing repairs throughout the building.
  • Complete worksheets, monitor spare parts stock levels, and manage inventory replenishment.
  • Respond promptly to requests for urgent repairs or issues reported by staff or management.

Main Accountabilities:

  • To be responsible for the upkeep of all interior and exterior spaces within the property portfolio.
  • To conduct regular inspections of premises to identify any maintenance requirements.
  • To ensure that all repairs and maintenance work are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
