We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive reactive maintenance service to minimize outages and impacts on the facility. You will work closely with the Building Services Manager and their team to ensure that tasks are recorded and allocated efficiently, and maintenance occurs in accordance with given requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently record issues and events within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring contractually required data and processes are captured and followed at all times.
- Manage CMMS and helpdesk operations on a day-to-day basis to deliver services in a timely, compliant manner, and to the highest standard.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contract stakeholders, subcontractors, and end-users. Ensure communication is two-way and all requests are responded to promptly and within required time frames.
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
- Experience within dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a highly complex building services environment.
- Financial acumen.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and comply with contracts and contractual requirements.
- Hazard and risk assessments.
- Australian standards - building/commercial maintenance.
- Australian and state-based HSE legislation and compliance.
