Job Overview

A leader in global engineering and project management, we innovate as a team of inventive doers passionate about making a difference. Our Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems.

  • Candidate must have experience in conducting periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with security authorization packages and notifying relevant authorities when changes occur.
  • The ISSO is responsible for coordinating any changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware of a system, working closely with the Information Systems Security Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining security features and procedures during system recovery processes is also a key responsibility of this role.

Key qualifications include excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security management. The ideal candidate will be able to attend required technical and security training relative to assigned duties and execute the cyber security portion of the self-inspection process.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and assist in implementing countermeasures. They will also be responsible for preparing reports on the status of security safeguards applied to computer systems and ensuring compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements.
