About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Contract Manager to oversee operations at our site in Alice Springs. This is a full-time position under the SSIA framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all personnel delivering services at the Alice Springs facility, implementing security directives, and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing and maintaining rosters for all security personnel, and managing administrative tasks while meeting regulatory and contractual site KPI requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a similar role, including the management of a small to medium-sized team. They will also possess demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation, a valid Northern Territory security license, and first aid/CPR certification.

In addition, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in IT and computer systems, and a professional and well-presented demeanor at all times.
