English Curriculum Leader

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of literacy and learning, driving innovative approaches to the design and delivery of the English curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an English curriculum programme that meets the needs of all students from Year 7 to Year 12
  • Implement initiatives and project delivery to improve educational outcomes
  • A high degree of technical knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional learning
  • Ability to manage and develop other staff, providing leadership and guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to advise and liaise across all levels of an organisation
