As a leader, you will motivate and inspire your team towards being better each day, using every opportunity to learn and develop. You will foster strong relationships with families, creating exceptional environments that promote quality professional development and maintain a progressive work culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Centre Director role
  • A Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience leading large teams in high-quality early learning environments
  • Experience effectively managing staff rosters in line with compliance requirements
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience maintaining compliance in relation to the National Quality Framework and National Law and regulations; experience implementing and commitment to continuous improvement to achieve high-quality outcomes for children
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and demonstrates effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of theorists, early childhood practices, approaches, and Learning Frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience as a team player and collaborator, who thrives on a challenge and has the ability to problem-solve to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
