Director of Graduate Research and Innovation

About the Role

This leadership position involves overseeing the delivery of services across the Higher Degree Research lifecycle, leading a dedicated team to deliver a seamless client-focused HDR experience to candidates and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for graduate research and innovation.
  • Lead a high-performing team with a strong focus on client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends.

The role requires strong leadership, strategy, and higher education expertise. A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management is essential.
